CIRCULAR LETTER: The War Office, London to Sir R. H. Williams-Bulkeley, Bart., K. C. B., J. P., President Territorial Army Association of co. Anglesey. Re. 'the Auxiliary Military Pioneer Corps' which has been set up since the outbreak of the war. The circular mentions the problem of enlisting approx. 3000 men a week to this corps, which provides the general labour requirements of the army both at home and overseas. A broadcast will be transmitted on 2 March 1940 conveying the requirements of the Corps.
