Scope and Content

LETTER: Sir R. H. Williams-Bulkeley, 26 Portland Place, W. 1 to Walter Jones on the subject of the Red Cross helping out in the appeal for the Miner's Distress Fund. He wonders who are the real 'working hands' of the Red Cross, but thinks they are the people who collect old clothes etc. and form working parties. Writer is delayed in London as Her Ladyship is not at all well, but he hopes to get home on Saturday. The season's greeting to W. J. and Mrs Jones.
