LETTER: R. Williams-Bulkeley to [Walter Jones] enclosing a recently received letter and copy of his reply.
1) LETTER: Central and Associated Chambers of Agriculture to Sir R. H. Williams-Bulkeley concerning the creation of a national register of food production from the soil. Writer says that with everyones' energies being directed towards air raid precautions there is a possibility of food production being overlooked.
2) COPY LETTER: Of reply to the above. R. H. W. B agrees that it would be dangerous to reduce agricultural labour. So few are employed that they are all 'key men' and should not be distributed.
