COPY LETTER: [Walter Jones] Clerk to the Lieutenancy to Comm. Sir R. H. Williams-Bulkeley, Bart., K. C. B concerning a meeting of the Advisory Committee and the appointment of magistrates. He mentions that the death of a J. P does not necessarily create a vacancy on the Bench and is of the opinion that congestion of magistrates does not tend to efficient administration of Justice. Notes that motor buses have opened out rural districts and made access to a J. P much easier in many villages.
