LETTER: J. D. Waters, Lieutenancy Office, House of Lords to Sir Richard Williams-Bulkeley Bart., K. C. B. The writer thanks R. H. W. B on behalf of the Lord Chancellor, for bringing a 'rather delicate matter' to his attention. He explains that in the case of an allegation of misconduct by a Justice with regard to the Military Training Act, a distinction must be drawn between a Justice criticising the Act of Parliament and urging others to disregard it. The latter case might merit the attention of the Lord Chancellor.
