Three files of papers concerning the estate of Percy Albert Walters, which comprised No.25 Edgeware Road, Swansea, (files i and ii), and No.7 Llanfair Gardens, West Cross, (file iii). One third of the estate went to Oystermouth church, one third to Mumbles Methodist church and one third to the Royal National Institute for the Blind. The format of each of the files, which originates from the offices of Morgan Bruce, Princes House, Swansea, has been retained. The correspondence is mainly from the period 1986-1992, much of which is duplicated. There are also details of rents paid on No.25 Edgeware Road, and improvements and repairs prior to its sale in 1992. . 1927-1992P/115/CW/291
