Administrative / Biographical History
The Dyfed-Powys Police Authority was created in 1968 following the amalgamation of the Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire Constabulary, the Mid-Wales Constabulary and the Pembrokeshire police. The authority was responsible for managing its portfolio of property.
