Now the Queen grants to Oglethorpe, subject to these circumstances:

the manor of Bramham with members with 64/6 and £22.1.8 in various free rents a year late [parcel??] of the dissolved Priory of St Oswald Nostell to hold in fee as of Hampton Court and East Greenwich manors, together with the 2 messuages in Tolson late parcel of the dissolved Priory of Healaugh
