CONVEYANCE TO USES TO BAR DOWER of messuages called Tyr-y-Vron-velen and Tyr-havod-woonog Rosva otherwise Bronvelen (94a. 2r. 72p.) -Tyr-Llanerch-y-cwm, Tyrnantwenog, Tyr-bryn-hynog and Tyr-y-ddo-llwynog now called Danlanvawr and Nanty- gwernog (253a. lr. 18p.), Tyr-y-cwm otherwise Tyr- nantycwm, Tyr erwllywd and Tyr Maddock Sais otherwise Penlan, but lately called Erw llwyd, Tynycwm and Penylan (210a. 3r. 23p.) all in Conwil Gaio pa. Carms.

Subject to a sum of £2500, and to uses to bar dower for the wife of [2]. Endorsed with memorandum of marriage settlement of John Sylvanus Hill Lloyd and Jane Russell Marley dated 29th July 1863, which included the said J.S.H. Lloyd's third of lands in this indenture.
