Autograph letter to Hugo stating that the renewed agreement signed by the Commission and the directors of the Porte St. Martin theatre contains no reservations concerning Lucrèce Borgia and Marie Tudor because Mr Cogniard cannot stage them again without Hugo's express consent. If Hugo wishes, however, Mr Cogniard can be served with official notice of this.
