Autograph letter to Mirecourt. Hugo thanks him for his generous article (not included), asks him to send a copy to Léonie d'Aunet and sends him a copy (not included) of his speech in Guernsey against the hanging of a condemned man.

Mirecourt was a French writer and polemist, who notably exposed the ghost-writers working for Alexandre Dumas.
