Research papers relating to studies of the history and development of the Council for World Mission, including material for MPhil thesis, 'The Council for World Mission: a viable model for contemporary mission?', by Elisabeth Henriette Den Hollander, and PhD thesis, 'Mutual Sharing in Mission: an analysis of the structures, programmes and the theological statements of the Council for World Mission, 1977-2000', by Andrew Prasad.

Also includes papers relating to an earlier organisational history project which led to the publication of 'Gales of Change: Responding to a Shifting Missionary Context. The Story of the London Missionary Society 1945-1977', which charted the history of the Society leading up to the formation of the Council for World Mission in 1977.
