Groups include (many individuals identified on backs of prints): at Bangalore (1873), Bellary (January 1882), Belgaum (1891), and Madras [Chennai] (1911); YMCA Bangalore; Pandita Ramabai, Mary Bai, and Bangalore missionaries; group for farewell party to Rev. [Thomas] Slater, 1905; student movement camp, "Conishead", 1906-7; YMCA gathering at Rev. [Walter] Joss', ?Bangalore; marriage group for [Frederick] Stowell [and Constance Stowell, nee Constance Pooley]. Other people featured include: Revs Henry Rice and [Benjamin] Rice; R J Campbell, Mrs Picton, Dr and Mrs Hunter, Mrs Campbell, Allenson Picton, and Mrs Hunter; Bishop of Calcutta, Bishop of Madras (Whitehead), Bishop Robinson (Methodist Episcopal), Revs [George] Wilkins, [Edward] Rice, Yates, and ?Rees. Other events featured include: opening of new Bible depot, Dr Horton laying stone of the United Theological College Chapel (1912), and opening of Rice Memorial Church (27 January 1917), Bangalore.
