(ii) John Latkow of Doctors Commons, London, gent., and Ann Laktow his wife, formerly the widow of Roger Slann of London, wine cooper, deceased.

(iii) Philip Godsal of Hampstead, co. Middlesex, esq.

A parcel of ground on the south side of Long Acre, St. Martin in the Fields, co. Middlesex, having a frontage of 15' and a depth of 83'6" and abutting on the east on the premises of Nathaniel Hadley the younger and on the west and south on premises occupied by (iii), together with the brick messuage lately erected on it by (iii).

Plan in margin.

Term: 99 years.

Rent: £31.10s.

Consideration: expenses of (iii) in erecting aforesaid messuage.

Schedule of deeds (1668-1738) annexed.
