James Brooke of Ellenthorpe, esq. to Thomas Lovell of Skelton esq: that James Brooke shall not prosecute Thomas Lovell for the 2 judgements for £3000 obtained by James
Brooke against Thomas Lovell the elder (now deceased) and Thomas Lovell his son, provided that Thomas Lovell keeps the covenants of deeds of 2 February 1657 and 6 November 1663 by which the manor of Skelton etc. was conveyed to Christopher Topham and William Cooke trustees for James Brooke.
