Comprises plans of proposed alterations to Master's Lodge and buildings in side passage near river including earth closets to provide rooms for undergraduates, 1914 - 1916; plans for proposed new Lodge in either Master's and Fellows' Garden (now Fellows' Garden) or College Garden (part of site of Memorial Courts), 1915 including artist's impression of proposed Lodge (part of plans "H"); also includes block plan of part of Eastern General Hospital occupying part of latter site, nd; With drawings showing: elevation of 1 bay of frontage of Old Court and details of stonework, nd, proposed rebuilding of chimney stack in south-west part of Old Court, nd (c. 1915), and hot water system in Master's Lodge, nd.
