Administrative / Biographical History

Dr John Henry Williams (1870-1936) ('Snowden Williams') of Snowdon House, Burry Port, Carmarthenshire, ran a medical practice in Burry Port. He was MP for Llanelli, 1922-1936, and Chairman of Carmarthenshire County Council. His son Dr R. Leslie Williams succeeded him in the Burry Port practice.
