Letter

Scope and Content

From 32 Clarence Street, Liverpool, to Mary Tooth. She has taken the liberty of directing a parcel for Edward Loxdale to Tooth's care. It was sent by the carrier to Shrewsbury on Friday last, and yesterday she heard of a person going to Madeley, who could take a letter. She is enclosing a letter to Edward Loxdale [her nephew]. Hill has been rather anxious at not hearing from him.

Spiritual matters are discussed in detail.

Her husband [Thomas] is in a very poor state of health. Hopefully this affliction will be a source of sanctification to them both.
