On the 11th inst. they were meeting at dear Mrs Furley's house, when Barrow 'found such a blessing…I, felt my whole heart submit to Jesus in such a manner as I never before found. I had much strong evidence of the nearness of Jesus to our souls then tho I had seen him with my bodyli eyes. I felt I could hold out no more but cryd in my heart Lord thou hast given thy selfe the victory…'
Barrow believes that God is working in a powerful way in Bristol. 'Several are a thurst for God, crying aloude unto Jesus to come and bless them…'
