Administrative / Biographical History
Bessie Frankcom was born in Bristol in 1887. Her family moved to Cardiff and at the time of the 1901 Census lived at 63 Theobald Road, Canton, Cardiff. By 1907 Bessie was teaching at Severn Road Girls' School, Cardiff and attended the English Baptist Chapel, Canton. Bessie married in 1910 and shortly after moved with her family to Swansea.
