Typescript correspondence with Dr. Germaine Greer, University of Cambridge, concerning the possible publication of 'An Essay on Female Conduct' (1739), written by Monro's ancestor, Alexander Monro Primus (1697-1767). Also includes correspondence with other individuals connected to Stump Cross Books, a small private imprint financed by Dr. Greer and specialising in seventeenth and eighteenth century women's poetry.
