1. Williat Bradbery of Great Horwood, co. Buckingham, Yeoman and Elizabeth his wife (which said Elizabeth is the only child and heir at law of Thomas Kemp late of Chalkmore in pa. Ratcliff in the said co. by Sarah his late wife heretofore Sarah Gurden, Spinster, also deceased who was the only surviving issue of the body of George Guren herertofore of Leckhampstead, co. Buckingham, Grazier, deceased by Mary his wife, deceased, formerly Mary North, Spinster, granddaughter and heir at law of Robert North formerly also of Leckhampton, Yeoman, deceased.

2. Elizabeth Harper of Twyford Lodge, co. Buckingham, Spinster.

Mortgage by demise for 500 years of a cottage or tenement built by the said Robert North standing on the close of arable land upon which part thereof the said cottage last mentioned is standing lying in Leames End in Leckhampstead containing 4 acres and called Home Plowed Piece a close of land called Elmes's Great Close otherwise Seven Acres Piece, a close of pasture ground lying in Leames End aforesaid, a close of arable land called Hobbs nether Close, otherwise Puttocks Hill lying within the precincts and territories of Leckhampstead.

Covenant to levy a fine incorporated.
