Scope and Content

The collection comprises 29 prints of crayon drawings (mostly in black and white, or monochrome blue, green or red crayon) by T.W. Hammond, published in 1926 as 'Nottingham Past and Present' by Nottingham Civic Society. The drawings recall street scenes and views of architectural and industrial environments in and around Nottingham in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. It comprises:
