Company originally incorporated as  5 Apr 1978Finlay Ridgers. Later incorporating as  30 Mar 1982James Finlay Financial Services Limited. Later incorporating as  1 Apr 1991James Finlay Investment Services Limited. The company was dissolved  5 Dec 2012 . The company's purpose was the provision of financial services. James Finlay held a 92.5 per cent stake in this company before taking full control.
