in Counties Tyrone, Wexford, Kerry,

Clare, Kildare, Meath, and Kilkenny; the

Manors of Hampton Poyle and

Bletchington, Ploughley Hundred, and

lands (specified) at Bletchington,

Hampton Poyle, Hampton Gay, Kidlington,

Bicester and Weston on the Green.

COMMENTS: 1 assign the above property to

2 as trustees (with the exception of an

annuity of £1000 for 1b). 3 are made

administrators to take money from the

properties, and 4, 5 and 6 are made

trustees for various (specified)

functions, including raising annuities

for other members of the Annesley

family.

This deed has 8 Endorsements, as

follows:

1) 7 Apr 1826 (by way of Deed Poll)

Arthur Annesley (X) wishes to sell some

of the Irish estates. The trustees agree

to this, as long as beneficiaries under

the settlement can receive their money

from other sources (a schedule of rents

from the Irish properties is given).

2) 10 Apr 1826

COMMENTS: 1 assign the above property to

3 upon further trusts.

3. William Cox of the same, Esq.

COMMENTS: 2 is made a trustee in place

of William Groom.

The property in Co. Tyrone is to be

sold, and the proceeds to go to 1 and 2,

who give it to 3 to hold in trust.

COMMENTS: 2 wishes to cease being a

trustee, and 3 is to replace him.

Therefore the rent charges on the

properties are given to 4 on trust.

COMMENTS: 1 sets over to 2 the above

rent charges.

COMMENTS: Rev. Francis Annesley (IX) has

died, and 2 is to replace him as

trustee, Therefore 1 assign to 3 the

trust moneys in their care.
