John Annesley (II) was the second son of
James (III), the 2nd Earl, and inherited
the Earldom and Viscountcy from his
elder brother James (IV) in 1702.
Like his brother, he only had a
daughter, and his titles therefore
passed to his younger brother Arthur
(III).
The papers concern his marriage, payment
of his brother James (IV)'s legacies,
and his own will.
