PROPERTY: As in 10D/4.

CONSIDERATION: £700 (from 3 to 1).

COMMENTS: 2 is acting as trustee for 1.

and 4 agrees to remain in possession of

the old mortgage (as in 10D/9) in trust

for 3.

In SL18 (the Aplin and Hunt papers) is a

deed in which Titus Wadsworth is used as

a trustee for other property in Eydon.
