b) Margaret, Wife of 1a.

2. Catherine Jones of Stock, Essex,

Widow.

3. Anne Lennard, of the same, Spinster.

(1b, 2 and 3 are daughters and coheirs

of Henry Lennard).

4. James Humberston of New Inn, Middx.,

Esq.

5. William Tully the Younger of St.

Andrew's Holborne, Middx., Esq.

PROPERTY: Manor of Much Leighs, Essex,

with manor house and lands (specified)

there and elsewhere in the county; farms

and lands in Sutton Marsh, Lincs.

COMMENTS: The parties agree to levy a

fine on the property in order to divide

it among themselves upon trusts.

The deed has the following endorsement,

dated 22 Dec 1735:

Catherine Jones, for the consideration

of £230 1s 6d from Ann Lannard, releases

to her a rent of £8 10s 6d.
