EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Rev. John Richards, clerk, Joseph Jones, sexton, Enoch Williams, Henry Amos and Richard Parry, three police officers and Robert Evans, of the New London House, draper, all of parish Holyhead, in the case v. Thomas Phillip Jones and Thomas Roberts, for breaking and entering the vestry room of the Parish Church of Holyhead and stealing a suplice and silk scarf, property of Rev. J.R. and 2/5½d from the poor box there, Deponent Rev. J.R. states the Vestry rooms at Holyhead parish church was broken into and the items stolen. Deponent E.W. states on searching the accused T.R. house he found the silk scarf in a yellow chest in the bedroom there.
