EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Thomas Williams of Wylfa, parish Llanfechell, labourer, Owen Hugh Parry of Rhydwyn, parish Llanrhyddlad, draper, John Williams of parish Llanfechell, police constable, John Williams of parish Amlwch, sergeant of police and Gent [leman] Robert George Hughes of Brynddu, parish Llanfechell in the case v. Winifred Roberts, for stealing-six pounds and one purse and an umbrella, property of T.W. Deponent T.W. states he and the accused were together in service at Wylfa, where he kept his money in a yellow purse in his clothes chest. After he had left he found the chest had been broken into and the purse stolen along with an umbrella which had been hanging up. Deponent J.W. states that the accused claimed she had money from her brother in law.
