EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Hugh Williams, policeman in the Chester and Holyhead Railway and Enoch Williams, police constable, both parish Holyhead, in the case v. Edward Grey, for stealing coal, the property of C.H.R.Co. Deponent H.W. states he walked by the coal waggons to see all was alright when he saw the accused with five coals (21lbs in weight) under his arms.
