Mary Thomas for stealing two calico shirts the property of W.J. and H.O. Deponent E.J. states she washed the two calico shirts and left them out on a hedge to dry later finding them missing. Deponent R.E. states that on searching O.J.'s house where the defendant lodged he found the two shirts.
