EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Richard Williams of Ty Hen, Llanfwrog, labourer, in the case v. Hugh Griffith for stealing monies the property of R.W. Deponent states that he and the accused slept in the same bed and on awaking the next morning found him gone along with his money. Finding H.G. at a Smithy the deponent took back some of his money.

Attached:

i) Statement of Accused: 'I prefer being tried before the magistrates now present'.ii) Summary Conviction of H.G. at the Valley [Hotel] for stealing money, the property of R.W.

Imprisoned in Beaumaris House of Correction for one month hard labour.
