Administrative / Biographical History

Incomes Data Services Ltd (IDS) was established in 1965 and is an industrial relations research centre which provides information on wages, salaries, and conditions of employment by means of various publications. Incomes Data Services Ltd is a commercial undertaking.

Arrangement

The files retain their original arrangement. Two series were deposited: files arranged by type of industry or national bargaining group, and files arranged alphabetically by company name.

This collection was deposited with the Centre by Incomes Data Services Ltd in 1993.
