Scope and Content

The photograph shows a single standing stone 750 yards west of the Maen Y Bardd Cromlech at a height of 1200 feet above sea level. It is a large upright stone and is 8 feet high. Its base measures 6 feet by 2 feet with its longer east and west packing stones visible on the north side.
