The thatched farm house stood near the junction of Bodafon Road and Bryn y Bia Road until it was demolished in the early years of the twentieth century to make way for the tram lines. Hugh Jones (-1877) and his wife Sarah (-1880) of this house are buried in Y Ffolt Cemetery, Glanwydden.
