Discusses a forthcoming University Address which he is very keen to attend due to the 'atrocious treason attempted in the Park'. Asks a number of questions as to how to go about attending and discusses the merits of the candidates for election. Notes that he should vote for Townshend as his Grandfather made ECFB's Grandfather one of his military aide-de-camps at the vice-regal court of Dublin.
