Has been involved in examining boys at Dulwich College on various subjects and provides an anecdote. Gives an account of family members and also notes a letter sent by a friend who has fallen on hard times asking for help with finding a curacy for her son, though states that 'she might as well have asked me to make him Pope. The lad was never at the University and talks broad Cumberland'
