Labour Crisis was formed within the Labour Party to call for the reform of the 'Secret State' - the security and intelligence services, but chiefly MI5. Labour Crisis stands for "Labour Campaign for Reform in the Security and Intelligence Service"
Labour CRISIS campaigned to secure a Labour Party commitemnt ot make the secret state accountable. It planned to produce a quarterly newsletter and brieifing documents relating to this area.
Labour CRISIS was founded by Peter Crampton (Chair), Robin Ramsay (Research and Press Officer) and Colin Challen (Secretary)
