The B.Ed. (Honours) In-Service in Education and Human Movement commenced in 1978 and involved one year of part-time study (including two residential summer schools and two weekends), followed by a year of full-time study. In November 1980 a proposal was made to change the format into a one year full-time course followed by one year of part-time study, effective from September 1981.
