Assorted papers including: agenda papers and minutes of the first meeting (these include a typescript document providing a brief history and development of the College (listing Requirements of applicants for training, The Curriculum, Cultural Interests, and provides information on The College Council, Staff, numbers of students, Posts after Training, Old Students' Association, Scholarships and Grants, and Accommodation and Equipment at the College) and the Advisory Council Constitution); Principal's Annual Report to the Council for 1950 and 1951 (reporting on number of students in training, posts gained by students leaving College, results of examinations, changes in College staff and syllabus, external courses, special events, number of applications for entrance, visitors from overseas, the College Council and activities of College clubs and societies); a tribute to Margaret Stansfeld (author unknown but possibly Phyllis Spafford); names and addresses of members of the Advisory Council (1952) and example of letter sent to members notifying them of the cessation of the Council.
