Articles of Agreement whereby Owen Jones shall determine and shall be appointed to make an Award (already enclosed by D. Williams) whether land called Morfa Fynydd shall form part of the commons to be divided called Morfa Mawr Carregpenygriffin (both p. Llanfrothen); and that he shall determine allotments of these commons, and that to speed this task, Owen Jones shall make a survey thereof, that the Commissioner shall determine questions regarding public and private roads, fences, ditches, D. Williams and John Williams Ellis having purchased the Crown rights in the land to have first priority in the allotment. All alienations of more than 20 years' standing to be considered as the property of the alienees. All rights of soil and common to be extinguished for ever. All expenses relating to ditches, fences, survery costs etc. to be borne by those receiving allotments in the proportions decided by the Commissioners.
