Several documents found with the
Society's papers are not linked to the
Society itself, but are concerned with
the musical life of Banbury. The most
important of these are the series of
concerts put on during World War II by
CEMA (the Council for the
Encouragement of Music and the Arts) and
the Banbury Concert Committee.
