Documents PAR282/5/A1/1 and PAR282/4/F1/1 were originally deposited at the Bodleian Library by rectors of South Weston in 1957 and 1960. Most of rest of the records in this collection were deposited by a churchwarden of South Weston in 1980. Registers PAR282/1/R2/1 and PAR282/1/R5/1 and item PAR282/9/A1/2 were deposited by South Weston PCC in July 2005 (accession 5422).
