Letter from Tony Cottle, Chairman of the Mumbles Railway Society to Ron Deering, Chairman Designate of Posts and National Girobank, in which he states that the society regrets that the Post Office cannot rectify their publicity error concerning the fact that the Mumbles Railway was the first Passenger Railway in the World, and that the Society has now written to the local MP's to press for a Parliamentary debate. 6th August 1980
