Photograph of a blue, yellow, white and red cake with daffodil decorations. On the cake is written “A Century of District Nursing, 1890-1990.” The reverse of the photograph reads: “Cake made for the occasion by Mrs. S. Mountjoy, Retired Queen’s Nurse.”

Administrative / Biographical History

Jean James was a district nurse in the Cardiff area. In 1990 she was involved in the centenary celebrations of district nursing service in Cardiff.
