This collection demonstrates the civic life of Francis George Sutton-Mattocks, who served as Mayor of Barnes from 1946 to 1947, through various memorabilia. Included in the collections are programmes for War Weapons Week (1941), Ladies' Festival (1956, 1963), and the Richmond Royal Horse Show (1949, 1956). The collection also includes a number of newspaper clippings related to Sutton-Mattocks' involvement in Barnes, principally from the Barnes and Mortlake Herald.
