Double-page spread for pages 16 and 17 of 'The Tiger Who Came to Tea', featuring two full-page illustrations on facing pages. Staining below the illustrations suggests that the printed text for pages 16 and 17 of the book was originally glued into position on the pages, although this text is now lost. The spread is annotated with page numbers and sizing instructions for the printer. Damage on the reverse suggests the spread originally had an overlay which has since been lost.
