Counterpart Lease of all these Copper Works buildings, houses and other premises with the appurtenances called the Landore Copper Works situate in the Parish of Llangyfelach, Glamorgan together with the use of the road and bridge now used as access to the said premises, and also All That piece or parcel of land or ground contiguous to the said Copper Works bounded on the south side by the said Landore Copper Works on the west of Swansea Canal on the north and east by land of the Duke of Beaufort and situate lying and being in the Parish aforesaid and containing by admeasurement two acres and one rod and twenty perches or thereabouts all of which said premises and more particularly described and delineated and coloured pink on the plan. Terms 63 years from 25 March 1885 at an annual rent of £100. 2 March, 1887
