FOLDER: copies of U.D.C. and Health Authority orders re Public Health (Shellfish) Regulations of 1934. Each order outlines what is meant by the prescribed area and states that no person should sell, expose, distribute, offer for sale or have in his possession for the purpose of sale for human consumption, any shellfish [most orders specify types of shellfish] unless they have been subjected to a satisfactory process of cleansing and sterilisation at an approved establishment and in a manner approved by the council or authority.
